Delicacies: Cod with sesame and ginger

Cod with sesame and ginger

Pour 4 personnes:

– 400 g of cod
– 5 cm of fresh ginger
– 3 basil leaves
– 3 mint leaves
– 4 tablespoons of sesame oil + 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Chop the basil and mint leaves, grate the ginger.

Cook the cod in a pan containing a tablespoon of sesame oil for two minutes on each side.

Place it on the serving platter, sprinkle with ginger, mint and basil. Add two tablespoons of soy sauce. Drizzle with three tablespoons of sesame oil.
