Delicacy: Spicy rice pudding

Spicy rice pudding

Pour 4 personnes:
– 150 g round rice
– 1⁄2 liter of coconut milk
– 1⁄2 liter of soy milk
– 200 g of brown sugar
– 2 cinnamon sticks
– 1 tablespoon ginger powder
– 1 tablespoon lemongrass powder
– 4 teaspoons of sesame seeds

Boil the two milks in a saucepan, add the cinnamon and the various spices. Mix.

Add the rice and cook for 30 minutes, stirring often. When the rice is very tender, add the brown sugar, let it melt well.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
