Gourmet: Fresh fruit salad with coconut milk and spices

Fresh fruit salad with coconut milk and spices

Pour 4 personnes:
– 2 bananas
– 2 mangoes
– 2 ripe pears + 10 strawberries
– 1 can of coconut milk
– 1 star anise
– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1 dessert spoon of curry powder
– 1 dessert spoon of turmeric
– 1 dessert spoon of ground cinnamon
– 1 pinch of allspice
– 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
– 5 cardamoms
– 4 cloves
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Dice the fruit and set aside.

In a saucepan, pour the coconut milk, then add all the spices and the brown sugar. Heat gently, without boiling, stirring for 15 to 20 minutes. Leave to cool, filter.

Pour over fruit, mixing well. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
