The Shower of Blessings – the practice in 6 sessions of the Master's yoga

The yoga of the Master is the practice of devotion. We learn to cultivate love and devotion to welcome a shower of blessings that are agents of change.
Through devotion we connect to the root master who introduces us to our inner master, our innate wisdom.
This powerful practice opens us to our ability to feel, helping us to understand everything with greater ease.

Yoga on breaths and channels

During the second afternoon session, physical exercises and yoga on the breaths and channels will be practiced.
In this yoga of the breaths, physical movements accompany the inspiration and the expiration, acting on the five root winds (“support of life”, “ascending”, “descending”, “accompanying the fire”, and “permeating”). .
The temporary benefits of this yoga of the body and the breaths are the harmonization of the four elements as well as physical and mental well-being.
The ultimate benefits are the attainment of the union of mental calm and superior sight, the arising of wisdom united with great bliss, the liberation of Samsara.
