Press release from Tergar Paris:

In order to maintain our habits of practice and stay in touch with those who are engaged in the practice of meditation, Tergar Paris offers online secular meditation sessions, led by Frédéric.

We invite those who wish, beginners or not, to join us to practice, watch short teachings of Mingyur Rinpoche and discuss questions that could help us get through this very special moment that we are living through more smoothly. .

Frédéric, who leads the online meditation sessions offered by Tergar, is a facilitator with Tergar International and has been practicing meditation for many years.

These sessions are free and without prior registration.

The virtual rooms will be open at the time of our appointments.
